Surprise, surprise, surprise: Christie Hates Teachers . I'm pretty sure Christie would say he differentiates the union from the individual teachers because everyone loves teachers, right? So Christie will make himself look "tough" by punching teachers (mostly women Trickle-Down Feminism) in the face. Ugh.What Christie ignores is this: a teacher's working conditions are the learning conditions of our own children. Teachers know this because they live it daily. As for me, I care most about my students and my subjects. My union makes sure I have enough resources to be effective. That is what my union does for me and that is why I support it. Perhaps Christie, who wants to be president, is projecting uglier motives and accidentally revealing his own heart. At any rate, I know a playground bully when I see one.
